you go shopping very often. You eat a lot too. Too much for one person. 500g minced meat just for you for one meal. Why do you have the fridge and freezer if they are constantly empty because you go shopping every day. Why don't you stock up? I would only shop once a week and share and freeze the groceries. Here's how to save money. But you're a little strange

Dear Lou! I havent commented before, I have just been quietly enjoying watching your daily life in Japan. I just wanted to tell you that you never have to explain or "prove" everything in your life to anyone. People who feel entitled to that information are wrong and mean and should leave you the heck alone. I am sure they don't have people asking THEM about details of their privat lives. Just because you're successful on yt and have a lot of people who enjoy your videos, doesnt mean they can demand information. I am sorry that happened and I wish you well for everything you do in the future!

Hi Lou, try and ignore the negative comments, people do not understand certain medical conditions unless they have experienced it. Life throws us so many challenges, you take it one day at a time with your condition. Eating healthy, resting are very important. Good on you for being brave enough for telling us.

Hey sweet Lou, this is my new (own) account. - bon appétit, honey!!! - Please sweetheart, do not mind haters that attack you, NEVER!! You are a honest, sweet, hard working lady so do never mind those haters, listen to the ones who love and do appreciate you and your videos!! Take care of your health, cause believe me, that is far more important than those comments!!! Ones you loose that it is very hard to become healthy again, my son (almost 30) and I (almost 65) do know that first hand!!! We both have serious chronic illnesses (24/7 excruciating pain and severe fatigue is no fun) + my son also has CVID (not COVID!!), an immune disease and needs to go to the clinic every month to get plasma baxters for the rest of his life, just to to maintain his immunity!! and yes, I also think that more people should be honest about the good and bad moments in their lives! Life is simply not always sunshine and roses! The people in the media are so fake sometimes!! - I'm a vegetarian, for almost 60 years now!!!! But I do not mind if my husband and son eat meat, I even prepare it for them, although the son is a 'part time' vegetarian, hihi. - TIP 1: Do drink a big cup of tea with lots of lemon and honey, before you go to bed, every evening, till your better! Then, when you do feel better, take SPIRULINA (seaweed tablets), every day, to boost your resistance. Those really work! (is homeopathic). Echinacea tablets are also extremely good, even in combination with Spirulina! Ginger is also good for resistance!!!!!! - TIP 2: Do you have sensitive airways (respiratory tract) and do you often have a cold or worse? Then ask your doctor for a prescription for this medication: BRONCHO-VAXOM, every year you must take two cures: f.i.: March-April-May and back in September-October-November or the periods when you are always ill (but you must take 6 months between each cure.), You have to take that medicine for ten days every month, so, fi.: March 1 to March 10, April 1 to April 30 and May 1 to May 10. Since we started taking it, we have been much less ill during those periods, while we used to constantly have a cold, laryngitis or bronchitis during those months!! - I also had a thyroid operation many years ago, a piece of my thyroid gland was also removed + I also have to take thyroid hormones for the rest of my life (Hashimoto's disease)!! - Dear, I don't want to 'attack' or break you down, but I ask you not to leave the tap running for so long!!! Fill a washing up bowl next time. Why? Because the drinkable (tap water) is gradually becoming exhausted, precisely because so many people leave the tap running for unnecessarily long periods of time. Most people don't realize this is happening, don't realize how precious this type of water is. So please pass this on to your family and friends because this is extremely important. This is what I found on the internet: there is a global water crisis looming in the future. The World Health Organization (WHO) even states that by 2025 half (!) of the world's population will live in areas with permanent water scarcity. So that's very closeby, 2025!!! Maybe it won't be in that year, one can never be sure, but it will happen in the future, that's for sure!! And everyone reading this, please watch your water consumption!!!! - Trying to save energy is FAB, well done, sweetie!!! - Why did they not accept that gift? I think that is a bit rude, no? - And, did you buy a table and chairs??? - Wow, you are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Pitty you may not swim in that pond!! I so love your channel, dear! Thanks so much for sharing your life with us, in all honesty!!! Love that you are a honest and warm, sweet lady! Your vids are so calming, soothing, LOVE that! Warm hugs and lots of love from an old rebel-PINKIE ;-) BTW: I'm so happy for you that you are not longer alone now, good for you ,sweetie!!! Wishing you all the love and all the luck in the world!!!!! 😍🤗🙏🏼

My sister who is 47 has been battling an autoimmune disease for many years now 😢.She used to be a very productive nurse but has since gone on disability which has been very difficult for her to get used to a completely different way of living. Battling doctors who didn't believe her either thinking she was making up her illness was very traumatic. No one would want pain inflicted on them on purpose. She's slowly learning a new way of living with bouts of physical ailments as well as mental exhaustion dealing with this. I'm sorry you are going through this awful disease that is still not much is known about how to treat it😢. Keep on keeping on persevering and praying 🙏 makes all the difference in the world ❤. God bless

My husband has celiac disease and it’s almost impossible to find gluten free food in western diets. Every canned good has wheat flour, especially soups, tomato pastes and red sauces for spaghetti. Fortunately he dislikes tomato ketchup as that is loaded with wheat flour. A word of caution, Lou, if you use American products as I listed they will contain wheat flour.

Lou, you are doing so well with finding gluten-free options! It takes time to get used to and I think it's okay to not be 100% gluten-free at first. It's so nice to see you spending time with your partner, it warms my heart. :0) It takes some time getting used to living with someone else, but it gets easier every day because you will learn so much about love and compromise. You seem happy and I hope things keep looking up!

I am very happy for you that you found a new future. I hope that you will find joy in your new job too. About the bad comments, don’t let those people ruin your days! They are just jealous and feel happy when they can hurt you. I don’t know how it works on UA-cam with the comments at your side?? If you have the possibility to erase those awful things than you should do that eventually block those people too. You have enough followers to keep your channel growing. I am already looking forward to the next film! 😘😘😘😘😘😘
